A: Because our products are food supplement, results will depend on people's body and health conditions and you should see result in two to three weeks.

A: Please follow instruction on the product's package for proper storage.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email within 2-3 business days after the order has been places with a tracking number or you can call us at (888) 316-1606 to track your order.
Q: What form of payments does Dr. Sam take?
A: Customers can pay with debit card, credit card, or check.
Q: How will I know if my order has been placed?
A: If you pay by credit card, you will receive the text message from our company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Q: How long do I have to return or exchange on my product?
A: Our policy lasts 15 days and the product has to be sealed or in its original condition. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase or the product is unsealed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Q: What qualifies an exchange?
A: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (888) 316-1606 or email us at email@example.com and send your item to the address that you receive it from.
Q: How do I ship back my product?
A: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that you receive your item from with the shipping label that we provide.
Q: Am I responsible for my own shipping?
A: We provide FREE shipping for order over $100. For international shipping, we do charge a fee but it depends. You will receive a phone call from us when you place your order.
